Save a quote with its source A useful quote is easier to trust when you can revisit its source. Open a recording with a transcript. This example uses a fictional library interview. Select the words you want to keep. Choose Insert Into Note, then Chapter review. If you want a separate note instead, choose Quote in New Note. The saved excerpt now sits beside your comments and chapter links. It keeps a connection to the source. The editor's Quote formatting button alone doesn't create that source connection. Use the excerpt's play button to open the recording at the saved segment time. You can listen in context instead of searching through the whole recording again. On the source, Referenced by lists the note that saved the excerpt. Choose Chapter review to return. Keep your own interpretation beside the quote, with the original still within reach. AI-generated narration. Real app, fictional sample data.
