Terms of sale
Effective October 16, 2026.
SageArchive is made and operated by DeValcourt, LLC. These terms cover buying a SageArchive license. How the app handles your notes is in the privacy policy; how to use it is in the user guide.
Who you are buying from
Purchases through our current checkout use Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe affiliate, is the merchant of record for those transactions under the Stripe Managed Payments terms. The service handles payment, applicable sales tax or VAT, and receipts. DeValcourt, LLC remains the maker and operator of SageArchive.
Our current checkout and license service use a Reliqra-branded Stripe account and shared AWS infrastructure as operational infrastructure for DeValcourt, LLC. No account or contract transfer is implied.
What you get
- A personal license to use SageArchive on the Macs you use, for as long as you like.
- Every update released in the year after your purchase. After that year, the latest version you received keeps working with your license; newer versions need another year of updates.
- One payment at the price shown in checkout (plus any tax). The regular price is $49. Any advertised launch promotion applies to checkouts opened during its offer period; a promotional checkout holds its price for 30 minutes. The promotional price includes the same license and year of updates. It is not a subscription and never renews on its own.
Free trial
SageArchive can be used free for 14 days before buying. When the trial ends, everything already in your archive stays readable, searchable and exportable; bringing in new notes and asking questions wait for a license.
Refunds
If SageArchive is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase by writing to support@sagearchive.com with the email address you used to buy. No reason is needed. A refunded license stops working in future versions of the app.
Your notes
Your archive is stored on your Mac. DeValcourt, LLC does not receive a copy of it when you buy, and buying changes nothing about what leaves your Mac.
Warranty and liability
SageArchive is provided as is. DeValcourt, LLC works to keep it reliable but does not promise it will be free of errors, and is not liable for lost data or indirect damages; keep backups of anything important. Where the law does not allow these limits, they apply as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, except where the law of the country you live in says otherwise.
